QUALIFICATIONS
This program is only open to members of a historically underrepresented group in the general, company, and stage management fields of the theatre industry. In particular, BTSD is programmed for black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) applicants.

Open to applicants that are 18 years of age or older

Open to applicants that have recently graduated or are matriculating college juniors or seniors.

Open to applicants who identify as mid-career transitioning professionals

This is not a program geared towards graduate students.

Must be seriously interested in a career in stage management, general management, or company management.

This is not a program for actors, directors, designers, or other creative theatre-makers.

Must be available for the below dates:

3-4 virtual sessions (dates TBD) ahead of the In-Person Week
