Qualifications:
This program is only open to members of a historically underrepresented group in the general, company, and stage management fields of the theatre industry. In particular, BTSD is programmed for students who are members of racial and/or ethnic minority groups.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have recently graduated, or will be graduating from an undergraduate program in the years 2022-2023.

This is not a program geared towards graduate students.

Must be seriously interested in a career in stage management, general management, or company management.

This is not a program for actors, directors, designers, or other creative theatre-makers.

Part 1: Virtual Sessions–Weekday evenings in January/February 2023, usually once a week
